SOCIAL COOPERATIVE ENTERPRISE "SITHONIA"
The Social Cooperative Enterprise “SITHONIA”, based in Nikiti, Halkidiki, was founded in 2025 by executives with many years of experience in beekeeping and the production of quality Greek honey. It is based on three solid foundations: the love for bees and the environment, the scientific training of its members in the field of cooperatives and the deep experience in the field of beekeeping. Its ultimate goal is to make beekeeping a key pillar of local sustainable development, contributing to the protection of biodiversity, the promotion of traditional practices and the strengthening of the local economy in a socially responsible and environmentally conscious manner. The Social Cooperative Enterprise “SITHONIA” promotes sustainability in production, fair trade and support for the social economy with the aim of creating jobs and strengthening the local community.
